Residents Back in Homes

The big excitement today was a 16 inch natural gas line that was hit by the contractor for the Central Utah Pipeline for the Springville phase (not Provo Reach 1).
The good news- no one was hurt.
Close to 1000 residents were evacuated out of their homes near 1860 South and State Street.  Thanks to Spring Creek Elementary we had a comfortable place for them to go and thanks to the Red Cross they were well taken care of once they arrived.
Residents were allowed to go back to their homes several hours later.
