What are you doing New Year’s Eve?
Come to the Provo Towne Centre for our “Countdown in Provo” celebration on Friday, December 31, starting at 6:30 p.m. and continuing until midnight.
There will be fireworks outside at 9 p.m. and midnight.
Brian Smith and Whitney Booth in our Parks and Recreation Department have planned a full night of entertainment and activities.
There will be live music, dancing, a singing competition, inflatables, and many crafts and activities for kids.
You can buy admission bands at the Parks and Recreation office at 351 West Center Street, and at Winger’s in the Provo Towne Centre, 1200 Towne Centre Boulevard.
They are $4 for adults 13 and over and $3 for children 12 and under. Children three and under are free. Admission is $1 more on the day of the event.
Admission includes all of the entertainment and activities. Food will be for sale in the mall food court. Admission also includes a free skate rental at the Peaks Ice Arena between January 1-8.
