I was able to help kick off the annual Provo Open Golf Tournament. Sadly I wished them all well and then came back to the office. Truth is that I’m a really bad golfer. Some would call it a fatal flaw for a politician to be bad golfer and they might be right. I spotted the Governor and a few other elected officials all having a great time. So I made a resolve on my way back to the office. I must learn to golf. I’ve added it to my goal list right next to learning Chinese, spending more time reading, more time exercising, more time with my family and of course more time blogging.
While on the course this morning I was reminded of the many people who work hard to provide a great golfing experience at the Provo East Bay Golf Course. Even though I’m not a golfer I have a great appreciation for the value the course brings into our community.
