Final Public Meeting — Parks and Recreation Master Plan

ParkIf you would like to provide input on the proposed future of the Provo’s park and recreation system, we want to hear from you.  The Parks and Recreation Department of Provo City is hosting the third and final public meeting to gain resident’s insight and feedback on the desired outcomes of the Provo’s Parks and Recreation Master Plan.

The meeting is tonight, Wednesday, October 23 at 7:00 pm in the Provo Recreation Center’s multipurpose room ( 500 North 320 West).

Anyone who is interested in the Provo’s parks, recreation and trails is urged to attend tonights meeting and participate in the process by sharing your thoughts, ideas and priorities.

    I wasn’t able to attend, but heard of the plans for a possible white water park which would be awesome, and to make it more awesome, I recommend looking at http://www.surfanywhere.ca/ they specialize in building a specialized, surfable riverwave, fun for kayakers, and surfers.
