Since I rent and utilities are included, I don’t receive notifications of these events. Is there another time and location? I have old paint cans to get rid of and I don’t know where to take them.

Mary – Call 311 and ask about locations. I’m not certain off hand but our 311 Customer Service folks should be able to help.
