When it comes to being Moms and working women, we work our buns off.  So, every now and again we like to take some time out for ourselves and spend an afternoon out on the town. With countless options to choose from, there is always something new and different to do in Provo.

Two of our favorite venues we LOVE to visit are Harmony Boutique and La Jolla Groves. Here’s why…

Harmony Boutique

Located on 315 E. and Center St in a historic pioneer home, Harmony Boutique is run by Laura Harmon and Rachel Schutz; a Mother-Daughter duo who have set out to share their passion for all things beautiful, unique, and creative. Using their desire to provide an inspiring and friendly place for the community as their focal point, Laura and Rachel provide customers with the best of the best.

La Jolla Groves

Found in the heart of the Shops at The Riverwoods, La Jolla Groves provides a dining experience unlike any other.

15 years ago Blake Roney, Kent Anderson, and Steve Hassler, owners/managers of La Jolla Groves, had a joint idea and desire to create a place where they, and their friends, could eat healthy but delicious food in a romantic and unique setting. Fast-forward to today, and you have a fabulous restaurant with an interior that mimics the lemon groves of Capri, Italy and an organic menu that has it’s roots in French cuisine. If you want the best of the best, this is the place to eat! Providing patrons with everything from fresh salmon that they have brought in every 3 days to rich and creamy creme brûlée, everyone leaves La Jolla Groves happy.

With Co-Owner and Manager Steve Hassler

Truly a breed of its own, there is no other place in Utah County that has been able to masterfully combine wholesome food, hospitality, and aw-inspiring atmosphere. Said best by co-owner Steve Hassler, “The one thing all of us have in common, is the need for good food.  It nurtures us, makes us feel loved, and brings us together. And that’s something everyone needs.” So, the next time you are looking for a unique and truly amazing dining experience, may we suggest La Jolla Groves?  It will be a dining experience unlike any you’ve ever had, something you definitely deserve!
