Election day is on Tuesday, November 4, 2014. Polls will be open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Know Your Judges – When it comes to elections, we’ve all been frustrated with a lack of information about judges. Well not anymore! Now published evaluations of every judge on your ballot are required by law. Just go to www.judges.utah.gov and click on the county in which you live. You will instantly see a list of all the judges you will be voting on, plus an evaluation of each of them.
Learn whether the judges on your ballot have been recommended by the commission, you can read about how they performed overall, you can see their survey scores, and you can read how citizens like yourself evaluated the courtroom. Utah now has one of the most comprehensive judicial evaluation programs in the country.
Election Night Results – To see results, select a race type from the menu then select a district from the map or Search by name for a specific candidate.
The Utah County Elections office is recruiting poll workers to staff polling locations on Election Day. The General Election will be held on November 4th 2014. Help is needed County-wide.
There is a stipend of $100.00 for poll workers and a stipend of $180.00 for Managers and TST’s. A 2-3 hour training course is required to be a poll worker and there is an additional mandatory 2-3 hour training course for Managers and Touch Screen Technicians. Election Day service is from 6 a.m. until about 9 p.m. (after polls are closed and items secured.)
