This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the open road and take advantage of the brand new corridor. This was truly a fabulous event! It was great to celebrate the opening of the multi-use trail. It will be a wonderful amenity for the surrounding neighborhoods and the entire city. The turnout was terrific. As I left a bit early for another obligation, tit was awesome to see a cub scout group of about a dozen boys, all on bikes and in their little blue uniformes, headed south on 1100 West, on their way. Thanks to Whitney and Mary and everyone else who helped to organize yesterday’s event. And thanks to Mayor Curtis and Dave Graves who made sure we got a fantastic path along with another road.
