Celebrate 300 South!

Check out the new bike lanes, multi-use path, and Provo’s first bicycle/pedestrian signalized intersection! Be sure to join us this Thursday, December 15th from 5:00 – 5:30 p.m. at 185 E 300 S as the bicycling community and the Maeser Neighborhood, Provo City, and UDOT celebrate the completion of the 300 South Project.

This project means on-road bike lanes, a off-road multi-use path, and Provo’s first bicycle-friendly intersection that is the first step in transforming 200 East into a Neighborhood Greenway/Bicycle Blvd from 600 South to 800 North.

Get ready for hot chocolate, treats, and a ribbon-cutting of the mid-street bike signal and crossing.

way to many stop lights on 300, in such short distances.if your going to have lights on just about evey turn, why not have an intercection light for allens grocery( the road that crosses to autozone)?

The new lights on the street look great! It was painful, but I’m so happy to have a safer street running through our neighborhood. Thank you to all involved in the design and construction and especially to my neighbors who gave up property and perhaps a little bit of their sanity to make this happen.
