Volunteers needed for Point in Time Count

Point in Time Count

Do you want to get involved in our community and help Provo’s homeless individuals? Utah County’s Continuum of Care is looking for volunteers. They are going out to canvass the streets looking for homeless individuals and survey each person they find. Homeless individuals will be offered necessities like warm gloves and socks, as well as information on resources in our community. Surveys collected will provide a snapshot of what homelessness looks like here in Provo and will help us know where to focus our efforts. *Photo by the Daily Herald

All volunteers will be required to attend a training on January 25th from 6:30-8:00 PM. Data collection will occur on January 26th, January 27th, and January 28th from 4:00-7:00 AM. Some daytime volunteer hours will also be made available once we have enough volunteers to cover early morning data collection.

If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out this brief registration form here: https://unitedwayofuc.wufoo.com/forms/zd3u63t1cwblwm/
