Provo Women’s Day Website is Live!

I’m excited to announce that the Provo Women’s Day website is now live! I can finally reveal all of the amazing workshops, classes, socials, and parties we’ve got planned for you! And without our amazing sponsors, all of this would not be possible. Thank you Swire Coca-Cola, Google Fiber, Sodalicious, Advanced Exercise, and V School!

Last year we had an overwhelming amount of support and excitement that Provo was celebrating Women’s Day. So much so that once the tickets were released, sessions and evening events started filling up fast! The dance party sold out in 20 minutes, the film screening filled up in a day, and the lecture series filled up in about a week. This year we want every woman in Provo and beyond to be able to attend so we’ve carefully curated each and every program. I am confident that you’ll be able to find an event that speaks to you.

So hurry and go check out the full schedule of events at or continue reading for all the details.

Breakfast & Lecture Series

The day will kick off with a breakfast hosted by me! The breakfast will be followed by a lecture series featuring some of Provo’s most established influencers, academics, social advocates, philanthropists, and thinkers. You’ll meet women who are changing the face of Provo with their passion and personal and professional projects. Bring your daughters, sisters, mothers, neighbors and friends! The breakfast and the lecture series are both free and open to the public (all genders welcome) but the breakfast requires you to RSVP. Please check your calendar before you claim a ticket to reserve your spot. We want everyone who is available to be able to attend but we are expecting the event to fill up. (There are separate registrations for the breakfast and lecture series. Be sure to RSVP to both or one or the other. We are hoping that those who are going to the breakfast will stay for the lecture series.)

Join us for a brief keynote presentation, as well as time for girls to visit one-on-one with each of our guests at their professional booths. Provo Girls will learn what it’s like to look at the world as a planetary scientist, what it takes to write and act in BYU TV’s Studio C, how to run a stop-motion photography business, and so much more! This event is free and open to the public. More details here.

Zumba Party

“Across the world, people lace up their shoes for Zumba with Kass Martin and Emily Engemann. With classes filled to capacity and a tangible energy, these local sisters create an environment where people not only reach fitness goals, but also feel loved and included. The reason Kass and Emily have become the most well-known Zumba sisters is because they are more than instructors — they are friends to their students.” – Utah Valley Magazine Get ready for a fun, energetic, calorie-burning dance fitness party with the Queens of Zumba!
